Can I just come and try out Torah High?
Yes - we ask that you sign-up first and then you can try out the class. If you drop the course within 3 classes, Torah High will issue a full refund and it will not show up anywhere on your student record. So come and try out Torah High if you are not sure!!
Any tests?
Don't sweat it! For the Credit Courses, there might be a review quiz or short essay on the material studied in class. Most work is done in class with the guidance and help of your teachers. Like any other accredited course, there will be a mid-term and final test or project. Typically, the final assessment is a video essay in place of a written exam. This provides a unique and fun learning experience to bring together everything you have learned throughout your year in Torah High.
I'm hungry. Any food?
We know it has been a long day, so every week snacks and drinks are served. We serve different food every week including pizza, donuts, cookies, brownies, pastries, chocolate bars, chips, pretzels, and fruit. Sometimes our teachers even bring home-baked goods! Great! When do we start? You can register for Torah High online by clicking here. Classes begin on the week of September 19, 2011. Students can register and join courses to earn credit until the 5th class, though they may need to make up missed classes. |
